2. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding passwords and devices.

• The Services must not be used for:

  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.

  • Unauthorized access to networks, systems, or data.

  • Hosting or sharing illegal content.

  • Any activity prohibited under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.

3. Fair Usage Policy

• Internet plans may be subject to data limits, speed restrictions, or fair usage caps.

• Excessive, abusive, or unauthorized use of bandwidth may lead to speed reduction, suspension, or termination of service.

4. Billing and Payments

• Customers agree to pay all fees and charges as per their selected plan.

• Payments must be made on or before the due date to avoid suspension of Services.

• We may revise tariffs, fees, or plans from time to time, with notice provided through our website, SMS, or email.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect, process, and retain personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• By using our Services, you consent to such data processing.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Services if:

• Payments are overdue.

• You breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

• Required by government authorities, TRAI, DoT, or law enforcement.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or third-party failures).

• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the period of disruption.
