Service Cancellation by Customer:
Customers may request cancellation of their internet service by contacting our support team at least 3 days in advance. Any request will be processed after settlement of outstanding dues.
Refund of Installation/Activation Charges:
Installation or activation fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable, except in cases where service cannot be provided due to technical feasibility issues from our side.
Refund of Security Deposit (if applicable):
Any refundable security deposit paid towards equipment (such as routers or modems) will be returned within 7 days after the customer returns the equipment in good condition.
Prepaid Plans:
Payments made for prepaid internet plans are non-refundable, even if the customer discontinues use before the plan expiry.
Postpaid Plans:
In case of service termination, charges will be applicable up to the date of disconnection. Refunds, if any, will be adjusted against the final bill.
Service Cancellation by ISP:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of Terms & Conditions, or misuse of services. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
